Pumpkin Spice Easy Eggnog

Nothing says “Holidays” like eggnog. But when most folks think of making eggnog, the process just seems a little too daunting. But not this recipe!

With just a few ingredients and a couple easy steps, you’ll have a few servings of tasty eggnog - made even more delicious with addition of the all-natural flavors of Whisper Creek Pumpkin Spice!

Ingredients:

1 egg
2 oz Whisper Creek Pumpkin Spice
1.5 oz Davidson Reserve Tennessee Whiskey
2 TBS granulated sugar
2 cups whole milk
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
freshly-grated nutmeg and cinnamon sticks for garnish


Whisk together egg, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar in a heat-safe bowl and set aside. In a medium saucepan, bring milk to a boil and slowly add to the egg mixture while whisking. Once combined, add Whisper Creek and whiskey. If serving chilled, refrigerate and garnish with a cinnamon stick and a little freshly-grated nutmeg on top.
